Question:

I currently have 88K worth of credit card debt. I don't have a job. We sold our home last march and have no equity left. I have sold off all of my assets except for some of My RRSP's and my car is a 1997 Chevy Lumina with over 166K km on it. I can't Pay the minimums on my credit cars any more and feel i must declare bankruptcy. Also, my husband is not responsible for any of this debt. How do I proceed?
