I was just wondering how much it cost to declair bankruptcy?? Is it the same for everyone or different in certain finacial situations???

Answer:

The fees are based on the type of filing which would be explained in an interview before you filed. If the file is a no asset no issue file the fees are somewhere around $1700 but payments are determined by the amount of your earnings in comparison to a guideline the federal government provides.
